Dry Cracked Fingers

I have dry skin, itching at the top of the fingers and toes on the web. How I can fix this?

What happened some months. The skin of the knuckles and fingers are very dry, itchy sometimes, and is often broken it seems. Not something I can do to solve this problem? It happens to be very boring things and in a few words, I want to delete. If you know what to do, please let me know! Thanks for your help!
