Skin Care Jobs In Florida

"Heads of heat" on my forehead?
I am a man living 42 years in Southwest Florida. Usually pretty good skin, except for some points that come and go. I can take care of my skin by using quality products free of fragrances, etc (Neutrogena). Recently, my forehead and nose became very fat (which often have unusual dry skin) and I have developed small bumps (like punches in the heat) on my forehead. I have no idea where they came from. The only change in my routine before this condition was to start a new job. Any other kind of experience this? Any suggestions for action?
